Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will assist in producing a wide range of products including apparel, promotional items, signage, and large-format prints. This hands-on role involves customer service, operating production equipment, preparing artwork, and ensuring each project is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment including: heat presses, apparel printers, sublimation, and large-format printers, cutters, and laminators.

Prepare and align artwork files for production (basic graphic design knowledge an asset).

Inspect products for accuracy, colour consistency, and quality.

Package and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.

Assist with inventory management of apparel, signage materials, and promotional products.

Keep production areas clean, safe, and organized.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support customer satisfaction.

Customer service, taking orders and assisting with inquiries.
Qualifications

Previous experience in apparel decoration, promotional products, or signage/printing is an asset, but not required (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Comfortable operating hands-on production equipment.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with design/layout software (Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.

Ability to stand for extended periods and periodically lift up to 40 lbs.

Good time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
